Royal Canadian Mint is a Canadian mint and Crown corporation operating under the Royal Canadian Mint Act. The shares of the Mint are held in trust for the Crown under the laws of Canada.

The Mint produces all Canadian currency and produces currency for other countries. The President of the Royal Canadian Mint is traditionally referred to as the Master of the Mint. As of 2018, this position is held by Marie Lemay. The Board of Trustees is accountable to the Minister of Finance through its Chair. The Minister serves as the liaison between the Mint, Cabinet and Parliament.
