Loyalty Program
The loyalty program is intended for registered customers, and thanks to it, shopping on auracasa.ro becomes even more advantageous.
✅ Participation is simple – you just need to be logged into your account and start shopping.
✅ Credits are added automatically after the order payment is completed.
✅ The loyalty program is completely free.
How does it work?
For every order, you receive a certain percentage of the amount spent in the form of credits, which you can use for future purchases.
The loyalty program includes selected product categories — currently silver products and collectible coins.
First, you need to log in as a user or create an account. The program is available only to registered users.
In the details of each product, you can see whether you receive a reward for the purchase, and if so, the value is displayed (for purchasing one product).
In the shopping cart summary, you can see the total reward you will receive for your purchase.
Place the order as usual, and after payment you will receive an email confirming that the reward has been added to your account.
In the footer of the e‑shop you can check the balance of your Reward Account.
The reward automatically changes to the “Approved” status after the payment is completed.
Now the reward is ready to be used for your next order. As soon as the amount in the loyalty program is higher than 0 EUR, an option appears in the shopping cart allowing you to convert your reward into a voucher. By clicking on “Convert now”…
…you will be redirected to a simple page where you can choose how much of your balance you want to convert into a voucher; you can even use only part of the available balance.

By clicking “APPLY VOUCHER CODE TO MY CART”, the voucher code will be automatically inserted into your shopping cart, and you will see the following information in your cart:
In your Reward Account you can see the current changes; here, 5 EUR has been deducted, which was converted into a voucher:
⚠️ Do not use the reward ID code from the confirmation email as a discount code — it will not work!
